Certain Good & Onerous Causes - what does this mean?

I am looking at a house for sale (in Scotland) and there is no record of the previous sold price on any of the land registry / estate agent sites. It was built late 90's. Where the prices are listed for the other properties in the street is says "Good & Onerous Causes" for the one I am interested in.
Does anyone know what this means? I will ask the Estate Agent if we decide to view but I wondered if anyone here could help?
Thank you

Just means it wasn't a standard arm's-length sale - often a transfer on divorce etc.0
