Terms and conditions of the Zoflora ‘Secret Garden’ Competition

In addition to the general terms set out above, the following terms and all entry instructions elsewhere on the Site will apply to the ‘Secret Garden’ competition.

The promoter of the Competition is Zoflora, Thornton & Ross, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5QH.

1. Promotion entrants agree to be bound by terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the associated promotional material.
2. Open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
3. The competition commences at 12:00 on the 16th September 2019 and finishes at 16:00 on the 15th October 2019.
4. No purchase necessary - entry to the competition is free.
5. To enter, users must fill in their details including full name, postal address, postcode and email address. The game will then display an animation of the secret garden and users can choose where to plant a flower. Winners are selected at random; there is no corresponding "winning" flower location.
6. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible.
7. You may only submit one entry per person, per day.
8. Entry does not guarantee a prize.
9. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. The prizes are non-transferable.
10. The promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this promotion or any technical failures or malfunctions, whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the promoter's control.
11. The prize is as follows:

12. Prizes are sent directly to the address provided and will not be sent out until the competition has closed so should be expected to arrive by the end of October.
