santander no longer contactable via the resolver dashboard

I used the Resolver PPI complaints procedure and it flagged up that santander hadn't responded but when I tried to do a follow up email as suggested it got the following automated message back and wonder what if anything I should do about it? :

Please note this email address is no longer in use, and no action will be taken on anything sent to it.
The FCA deadline date of 29 August 2019 for submitting PPI mis-selling or commission complaints has now passed.
New complaints will not be considered unless either you have received specific correspondence from us advising that you can submit a complaint post-deadline, or you have a significant reason for being unable to complain prior to the PPI deadline of 29 August 2019.

Comments

  • It may mean that Resolver didn't forward your complaint on to the right place.

    If so, you're now out of time to submit it yourself. Contact Santander directly via a customer services channel to check.
