Order received not as advertised

I bought a pair of bearings kits from VeeWee.co.uk. The picture for the kits part number showed 2 bearings and 2 seals. When I received it, there was was only 1 seal. When I contacted them to send the missing one they said the website was wrong and that the kit only contained 1 seal.
In my view, my contract with them was based on the fact that the image showed 2 bearings and 2 seals. The description with the image was misleading as it stated that all gaskets were included but the picture did not have any gaskets.
Surely they have to provide me with the missing seal without further charge?
They are trying to sell me another seal:mad:
To compound the issue, the VeeWee order was fulfilled by their partner GSF and with whom I am in dialogue about the issue. On the GSF website the same part number shows an image of 2 bearing, 2 seals, 2 O rings, 2 gaskets and a split pin all for less than I paid VeeWee!!!

Just to confirm, you're not a business, but a consumer?
If so, might it be better to just return the product you received for a refund, and then order from GSF instead (after clarifying what it includes)?Excuse any mis-spelt replies, there's probably a cat sat on the keyboard0 -
I am an individual consumer and not a business.
That would be great but I was initially told that the missing seal would be sent to me and as time was a factor, I fitted what I had to the vehicle.0 -
i think it more depends on the description. If the text description specified 2 seals maybe you have a point, but an image can often be stock or used for variations of one product and will state so usually.0

Unfortunately the description did not match the image.
Also if that were the case then I should be asking for the gaskets as well as they were in the description but not the image.0
