House buying research tools

I'm planning to buy a house in the next 12 months and wanted to know if there were any websites or tools that show:
With the first website, I can see how the price of the house has changed since it has been on the market and also how long it's been on the market.
With the second website, I can enter a specific type of house e.g. 3 bedroom semi-detached, and then see what's been happening with the average price of those in a specific area.
Any tools, websites, browser extensions that can help with this?
- The price history for a specific house
- The average price of certain types of houses in a particular area

You can do most of what you described with RM alone.
Seems you are focusing your research on price alone, there are far more important factors.
Price history for a specific house is rather pointless it matter not what it sold for last year of 10 years ago, what it matters is how much the current owners is asking for it.0 -

I'm not talking about the price of the house when it was sold by previous owners (although that can be useful too). What I'm talking about is the price change of the house by the current sellers. They may have listed the price too high and dropped the price overtime. It's these price changes I want to see.
PS What is RM?0 -

Yes, this is exactly the plugin I used a long while back (over 10 years ago). I forgot the name and seems like it is not working anymore. Hoping for some newer alternative of this.0 -
Use rightmove and see what people are buying include SSTC In searches.
I call that the more like this analysis.
There is a link to sold prices
Things like average prices don't help much when buying.
what people are buying and sold through prices is what you are up against.0 -
Doesn't Zoopla show a history of asking price changes on each listing?0
