I am currently switching to Yorkshire Energy, but on the Cheap Energy Club, it said that I would to do it myself as Yorkshire Energy do not let them "switch and go to site."
I am on the point of putting in my direct debit details, but they haven't asked anything about my current company that I wish to be switched from.
Is this something I have to contact my old company about or is it done automatically?
