Lease company saying I have to use their main dealership for 'A Service'

The brake pads had worn thin enough to put the warning light on...I only ever serviced one of my car and it was a Mercedes. 2 weeks before the hand in date, the brake pad lights came on too. A simple unplug of the sensors did the job and I handed it back without them knowing.

OP Block Exemption is irrelevant to your question. That is only with regards to maintaining warranty. If your contract states use dealer then you should do. However maybe the financial penalty will be less than the hike in price if you use the main dealer0 -

Would there still be a financial penalty- would your estate be liable?I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....
