Change of Address

Just wondering when I should start changing addresses for things (drivers licence etc), I exchanged on the 13th and completion is on the 24th, would it be too soon to start doing it now?

Which is probably for the best anyway! Who get's anything but junk these days. it's all online only.

But yes, make a nice spreadsheet of what needs changing now and go thorough it the minute you get though the door. (Maybe pausing to take photos of the meter(s) on the way).
  • Amazing, you’re right, thank you both for your answers!

Also worth setting up a Royal Mail redirect so you don't miss the junk mail!
  • If hiring a van for the move don't change driving licence until later

Set up your redirect straightaway as it takes a few days plus they always write to your existing address and you might not want the buyer to have your new address.
