    Well yes, but I don't see how anybody here would know the exact terms of that particular pension either :huh: I guess maybe someone knows how to help them find out.
    The question is being asked of the OP whose mother will presumably have been told whether this is a single lump sum or a lump sum followed by regular pension payments.

    OP, if your mother will be receiving a monthly pension please note that this will be taken into account when calculating any UC entitlement.
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

  • hi thanks for reply, after receiving the lump sum she will get a pension of £9.42 a week.
