Dubai travel insurance

Hello, my husband and I have booked out honeymoon to Dubai in November 2019. We need to sort travel insurance but it is such a mindfield and we are very confused. What would be a typical price for an 8 night trip with one party having an MS diagnosis but mildly impacted at present. There is such a wide range of quotes and we don't know what to look out for and to make sure is covered. The quote seemed to reduce when increasing the excess. We would be grateful for any help/advice!
