Missing programs

My Lenovo laptop running windows 10 seems missing a few programs.
When I visit Uninstall a program it shows I only have 12. I'm baffled by this as I know of seven or eight I have installed myself? Where have those programs gone?

Not everything appears in Uninstall. They should but some older applications may not.0

Have you tried to go into your drive (most likely C drive) and checked in the Program Files or Program Files (x86) folders to see if you can see the programs in there?0
