MSE Energy Club
Hi Guys dont know if anyone one here is part of the MSE team.
I just logged into my Cheap Energy Club account and notice that the switch I initiated back in early OCTOBER 2018 is still in a state of switching.
I have been with the new supplier since late October 2018 so it is deffo not in progress Also I do not believe I have received the switching bonus?
Can anyone help with this or suggest an avenue to pursue resolving the glitch on the page? As I need to switch again.

I had same problem, found this in faqs, emailed them and it was sorted,
My switch has completed – why does is still show as ‘in progress’?
Your account still has the status ‘switch in progress’ because we’ve not yet had an update from your supplier.
It usually takes around 12 weeks for suppliers to send this over, so we’d expect your account to update in a few weeks – you don’t need to do anything for this to happen, it should all happen automatically in the background. Sometimes suppliers don’t update us very quickly though – if it’s been a long time since you switched and you’re now being billed by the new supplier, let us know and we’ll update it for you. You can email us at [EMAIL="energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com"]energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com[/EMAIL].
Otherwise as soon as we hear back, we'll email you to keep you updated about the cashback.0 -

More importantly, have you been paid your cashback yet?
The CEC switch remains 'in progress' until you get paid your cashback, so it sounds like you've not had it yet.
MSE usually takes at least 3 months to pay cashback, but it can take upto 6 months (both from when the switch actually occurs). You seem to have been switched almost 12 months ago, so get onto them.
Also, I suspect you are not getting any alerts whilst your switch is 'in progress' and if your tariff is coming to an end next month, then it's all the more important to get this resolved. You may have missed out mid year, which is bad enough, but you certainly don't want to miss out if your tariif is ending.0 -
I have looked back through my payments on my bank account and I do not see anything relating to MSE.
I figured I was coming to the end of my current fixed rate which is how I noticed it was still in processing.
I have contacted them on the email address lets see what they say0
