Water dispenser system

Hello Everyone,


I kinda required to understand what y'all were using for your water dispensers to get a knowledge of what's out there and what works best for people.

Not sure how widely available they are, but I've got this fantastic gadget in my kitchen. I think they call it a "Tap" (might be wrong there, I'm not very technical). But it wasn't very expensive, and so far I've been very happy with it. Try Googling to see if there's a supplier near you.

I find a bucket (or pail) on a rope to be more versatile. You can use it to haul water out of a lake, pond, river, or even a well. The water can then be decanted into a jug or thrown on a fire to quench it.

I've got two Taps.

One with a red dot on makes hot water and the one with a blue dot on makes cold water.

The council used to give grants if you don't have a Tap inside your house, but I don't know if they still do.

Next year I'm getting mains gas too.

Was getting fed up having to eat a bath of beans every time I wanted to run the combi boiler.

There is a rumour going round that you can get a single tap that does both hot and cold water. Must be one of those fancy things from London...

I've got a third tap that dispenses boiling water. I believe it utilises some kind of fairy magic and dragon's breath to produce said boiling water.
