Made PPI claim to Citi they say egg account sold to Barclays

I made a PPI miselling complaint to Canada Square Operations and they've written today to say that my Egg account was sold to Barclaycard and that I need to complain to them. Given that the deadline for complaints is now passed is it to late for me to complain to Barclays or does my having made the complaint to Canada Square before the deadline count?

Only Barclays can answer this.
The complaints deadline has certainly passed, but Barclays may still accept your complaint.
Ask them.0
