Can I save a video to a memory card on my Nokia

I have a Nokia 7+ phone which has proved great so far, certainly quite a bargain at about £200.
I have started taking videos with it, the majority with the standard camera app, but a few with a different camera app, which seems to produce a better quality film, although more memory is used up.
Would it be possible to fit a memory card to the phone, then save these videos directly on the card, rather than on the phone's internal memory.
If yes ... which brand of memory card is the most reliable please ?
There seems so much choice.
It would only be for temporary storage as I download the videos to my computer when I get home.

The quality of the video can't be any better than the quality of the camera itself, unless the app is doing some extra processing work.
Memory card wise they are all pretty much the same, grab the largest you can afford. Android wise you can format it as part of internal storage but that wouldn't be any good if you want to use it outside of that phone so you can format it as portable instead.0
