Is £13 a month account fee worth it for mobile phone insurance?

    What do you actually mean by 'cancel' in this context - are you looking to remove insurance cover from your FlexPlus while retaining the account, or to close the FlexPlus, or to change the FlexPlus to another type of account?

    Mobile phones are usually included in home contents insurance so separate mobile insurance is pointless
