Hi new here.
We are selling our house and registered on this site for free.
We have recently received two emails saying we have interested parties, but of course to access these leads we need to upgrade and of course we need to pay£49 for that!
Has anyone else used this site or have experience of them???
Are these scam sites...Or Legit????

On the face of it this seems a complete and utter con - what on earth is the point in this company shouting from the rooftops that they will advertise your property for free, when they then charge you for sending details of people who may or may not have shown an interest in your house. If I were you, steer well clear !0

There are genuinely free sites out there that will not charge you for communicating with potential buyers who wish to ask questions about your property, and will provide the means for you to contact each other anonymously.
One of these is www.homesonsale.co.uk which I have used successfully, and there are many others similar to it.
If you have difficulty send me a PM and I will try and find them for you.0
