Car hire charge for after hire period ended

I suspect (I've not read them) the terms say something like "Up to 48 hours after the hire period has ended, or the start of a new hire period, whichever is sooner".

Then the company would have been chasing the next renter for parking it inappropriately, not OP.

The T&C's appears to be simple to enough, let me attempt to decipher.


After you finish your rental


a) Park in the designated area of carclub zone OR

b) If you are NOT parking in the designated zone after the rental, as the renter then you have the responsibility to make sure you have legally parked the car that you had in possession for the next 48 hours (future). Otherwise you will have to bear any parking/penalty charges.



Is that correct, OP?
