I got a letter from Halifax about this "Personal Rate" and link to base rate, some three weeks ago.
I assumed all credit card interest rates were on the rise as MBNA knifed up my standard rate too - which I will never pay as the little balance I have is 0%.
Anyone else noticed credit card APR in general has increased?0
