MSE Credit Club [Bug] - Score not updated

I usually check my score/report every month for all 3 UK bureaus promptly, however Credit Club sometimes glitches out - if I go check my score on the day my score is meant to update, it does not update for the whole month (the due date gets frozen and so does the score)! And I have to wait essentially 2 months to see my new score! (Albeit the report updates when due).

This has happened twice to me in the last 6 months, Once in July and again now in September. Is this happening for anyone else? Is this a known issue? Would be good to hear from the engineers whether this bug is being looked into.

Yes it’s a known issue.

But I wouldn’t worry about it as the scores and ratings aren’t worth the time of day looking at.

So long as your actual report is updating then that’s all that matters.
