Is my PIP back pay right?

I applied for pip on 12/11/18 and was initially declined. Mandatory reconsideration changed the award to standard care in July 2019 and received backpay of £2159. Appealed and award has now been changed to Enhanced Care and Standard Mobility, which I am happy with but the backpay is for the mobility element only, in the amount of £946. The letter states that the appeal will not continue and my points are now 12 and 8.

The enhanced care is dated from 12/11/18 but from the letter, I am not receiving any back pay for the difference between standard and enhanced care. Is this right that I don't get back pay for this?

Also, the letter states "I have decided you are entitled to the Daily Living component of Personal Independence Payment at the Enhanced rate of £57.30 a week." but enhanced care is £87ish?
I'm Ever hopeful!
