Rnli

Do you think that the RNLI should 'continue growing our influence as a global thought leader in drowning prevention'

Or should they concentrate on saving lives around the coasts of the UK?

Those running it have got too big for their boots.

The RNLI is to save people from drowning around our shores.

We're a tiny country - and that money has been raised by volunteers, so that volunteers can go out and do the rescuing. Little old ladies give up treats and bake cakes and man 2nd hand book stalls year after year after year to save people from drowning around our coasts.

Those little old ladies and all the public digging deep have NO idea those in ivory towers are frittering away the money and giving it away.

I'd call it deception and theft.

Think of the little old ladies....

The mailings to their regular donors never mentioned it

It was hidden away on the web site

I don't care either way but it seems underhand and that they knew it would bother their donors
