Xmas breaks in UK

can anyone recommend a lively hotel with entertaiment for a 3-4 christmas Break ? Maybe Torquay or Blackpool but very open to ideas, really struggling to find something. My husband and I are on our own this year as family are away so rather than rattling around our house thought we might go away :xmastree:
