CCJ Satisfied

Hello there,
I have recently finished repaying an account which has a CCJ. The account was managed by a collections company. Now that the account is repaid in full, will the claimant automatically update the court that is CCJ is 'satisfied'? Or will I have to use form N443 to apply for a 'certificate of satisfaction'? Or does it depend on the claimant?

Some will. Some won’t.
Have you asked them?0 -
I will check with the company that is collecting the debt. I was trying to gauge if claimants routinely update the court. The answers I have received suggest they do. But I will check.0
