Advice needed

We are in the process of buying a park home we have picked our site and the home we are wanting even put deposit down and signed all the spec off so now it is in production , we agreed a part exchange price with the site owners price agreed at time of selling leaving us without the worry of selling , have just received an e mail we now have to sell the property ourselves and not go part exchange was stated that they do not offer that service anymore , feel let down at this moment of time now having to try to sell our property by the start of 2019 so we can move

    Assume you mean by 2020.

    Do you not have a contract stating they agree to take your property in px?

    Check your contract asap. I'm sure if it were you who withdrew there would be implications. Instead you now have selling costs, agent fees etc to pay. The knock on effect is less funds for your park home?

  • Have explained to them that we had an agreement but they say that it is not in there best interests as they will lose money so why did they offer it in the first place

    Forget about 'agreement', do you have a CONTRACT confirming the part exchange? Check your documents carefully. If a contract was formed, then it is binding on both you and them, and they can't withdraw just because the situation no longer suits them.
