Email problem

I use Live Mail browser for email with googlemail and Microsoft 'live' Email addresses on my laptop.and my home router..

For the last few months on opening Live Mail it come up with the message

'To help protect your online id account you must sign in again'

however, no password seems to work, including the recovery password. I can continue using the system just by unclicking the box.

When away from home, there are further login requests (I think this is from the Googlemail account). which prevents me accessing EMail altogether through the livemail browser

My web based version of outlooklive seem to work fine

Can anyone explain what's happening here and a simple solution?
