Ppi and renault finance

Hello,

I brought a Renault Clio in 2004 and am certain it got charged ppi. I can’t find the paperwork but submitted a claim on the 5th August for the money through resolver. I have tried previously on my own but got no where as didn’t have the paperwork. Has anyone managed to get money back from Renault? I know people were struggling,

Yes, but not you unfortunately, as your sale was pre regulation.

You need to understand that nothing has changed.

You still don't have any paperwork, it's still pre-regulation and you are still none the wiser whether you even had PPI.

Any response to this "complaint" will therefore just refer to your earlier rejection, I'm afraid.
