Hi guys, I understand both offer a free, independent service for resolving disputes. Moreover, Black Horse state that “if your case is not eligible for the FOS, you can write to the FLA setting out your concern”. So, does this suggest you should always complain to the FOS first? Are there any differences? E.g is one better than the other? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

No. They cover different periods of time. So, you use the one that is appropriate for your situation.0 -
