Removing emulsion from outside wall

We took our porch down last year (1970s mouldering construction brick, not tied into the 1840s cottage in any way!)
This has left a white square of emulsion on the outside wall which used to be the back wall of the porch.
Annoyingly, it’s not peeling or flaking at all. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?
Thank you.
