Nationwide Online Statements Late?

My monthly statement is due on the 12th of each month and has always been available to view and download sometime the following day without fail, however last month it was late and it looks like it's going to be late again.

Wondering if anyone else is having issues?

Have spoke to the Nationwide and surprise surprise they're not aware of any problems.

It's important I have the statement as I can be asked for proof of income by the DWP at anytime.

Surely the DWP can only reasonably expect the most recent statement that you've been given access to at any given point? They'll neither know nor care exactly what date in the month these are normally issued....
  • Just print off an "as-is" statement of your account surely?
