Hi All
I am wondering if anyone know of a senior management contact at House of Fraser, I am having an absolute nightmare with them, and their "customer service" team is so aloof as to be laughable.
I made a very strong complaint about a matter (I don't really want to go into detail on here), but I was not happy with their 'chat' response, so I asked for a manager to call me about this matter.
I was told that 'managers don't call people', and 'if you are not happy go to the CAB'!!!
It seems since Mike Ashley took over the company, it is utilising hiding tactics and being completely unwilling or unable to engage directly with customers..
I have 'tried' to email Mike Ashley directly.....but I guess I can wait for hell to freeze over before that one is answered!
Just wondered if ANYONE has any senior manager emails addresses or alike in the HOF Head Office?

Thanks for that....it seems that contact details for HOF management is absolutely NON EXISTENT since Mr Ashley sacked the board!!!!0

The head office was in Glasgow on Stockwell Street and the service was pretty poor even before the takeover.0
