    As Cardew stated, are they estimates? If so, are the readings on your meter lower? If so, you have been over estimated hence your DD will also be.

    You have a pretty small debt that you could clear in a one off payment or absorbe. Then of course, your winter usage will push it up.

    It doesn't seem right though even after this. Could they have made a mistake???

    These are reading by powergen not estimates. No it does not make sense to me. could the meter be faulty it is a new electronic type, it seems after this was renewed the charges went up?
