As Cardew stated, are they estimates? If so, are the readings on your meter lower? If so, you have been over estimated hence your DD will also be.
You have a pretty small debt that you could clear in a one off payment or absorbe. Then of course, your winter usage will push it up.

These are reading by powergen not estimates. No it does not make sense to me. could the meter be faulty it is a new electronic type, it seems after this was renewed the charges went up?0
