Success story at early stage

Hi all.
Couldn't find a success story page but happy for this to be moved to the correct thread if one exists.
I got a 'private PCN' the other day for overstaying a 3 hour time limit. I was in the car park of a shopping centre for 3.5 hrs instead. Also, I'm not sure the time was effective in any case as j parked from 7.30am and I think that only kicks in at 8 or 9am but hey. I didn't get into that.
I followed the sticky thread exactly. Contacted landlowner. Contacted shops. Appealed to ticket online. Wrote to my MP. Etc.
I received the following reply within one day (ended up in spam):-
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your correspondence relating to your Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
Further to your representations, we have investigated your claims and can confirm that your Notice has subsequently been cancelled in full and no further action will be taken.
Please disregard any letters received that predate this email.
Yours faithfully,

Haha, I don't think you don't beat the current record for seeing-off Highview which I believe stands at a few hours!
