Hey guys, its been a little while so I'd like to update you all since I've found some free time!
I received all of my SAR's back and Llawnroc have not stated anywhere again that MIL have any affiliation with this case. They did however find a second PCN that I 'owe' and attached the NTK, pictures and SAR details for both PCN's. I have issued a SAR to MIL but nothing back yet (still within their time) and I also raised a complaint with the ICO regarding Llawnroc's handling of my SAR initially.
The ICO are very interested regarding the transfer of my 'debt' to DRP and MIL, but having dug a little deeper into both companies they are both registered with the ICO as Data Controllers and both have been a part of the IPC since 2015. Does this mean that they are in fact allowed to handle my data?
I'm very confused as to why this has all fizzled out since I've started fighting back!0 -
DRP can use your data, as they are debt collectors and have not bought/assigned the debt.
MIL are not allowed to process your data if it was 'assigned' or sold:

Send those links to the ICO and press them to do something to stop MIL and to sanction Llawnroc.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
