PCN from ES parking enforcement whilst carrying out works

Hello,
Just after abit of advice in regards to a PCN I received from ES parking Enforcement ltd.
To cut to the chase, the company I work for received issue of the PCN and have only just passed it onto me as I was in possession of the van that day, I received the PCN in a company van, where someone I presume working on behalf or for ES parking enforcement has actually taken the photos themselves of the van parked slightly over a loading and unloading zone. Now as I was carrying out works on that particular road on behalf of the county council, I was back and forth from my van collecting various tools etc to assist in the works, does this not class as “loading and unloading”?
Apologies for the very vague description but I’m unsure on the normal protocol for including the company you work for and where the PCN was actually issued.
Please let me know what further information you guys require and the next step I should take?
