1. The original question was about accounts that we've had "in [our] lifetime";
2. I explicitly said that my list was in chronological order;
3. I only had the Midland account for three years;
4. I had a later account for 25 years.
It follows, then, that the Midland account must have been closed for many years. I really don't understand how you could logically have thought that the Midland account could still be open.


On the other hand, you quoted my reference to the Midland with only a question mark. It was reasonable to assume that this meant that you didn't understand the reference.
