County Court Claim from Total Parking Solutions / BW Legal

BWLegal can cancel the court claim
They cannot cancel the ticket as BWLegal have no authority to do so. only TPS can do that
BWLegal may well come back with costs for doing this but tell them they can do one or go to court.
With the evidence/emails you have, it would be another spanking in court for BWLegal and you can claim your costs0 -
Yes! Thank you... will press on ✊0

I’m just putting together a defence does anyone have a quick link to a similar defence here that’s worked ?! Been searching the site all morning!0

Newbies thread post 2 has something like 17 defences.0

You can use bargepole's concise defence and add a point saying this, but not in the first person:Someone from TPS has replied now though saying they’ve “contacted BW Legal and asked them to cancel the ticket”.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

UPDATE!!:
Logged onto the MCOL website and there is a note saying:
“The Claimant has notified that the claim has been discontinued. You cannot respond to the claim at this time.”
Bravo Halfords, looks like they came through again!
Thank you all for your help. Is it cheeky to Counter-Claim at this point I wonder 🤔0
