I am putting this up prior to my draft POPLA appeal, which I will post in due course. Details of alleged offence The vehicle stopped briefly (for roughly 1 minute) on the airport service road, not the main road, near the entrance to the Mid stay car park. Just to confirm that APCOA didn't contest the appeal.

However, they didn't withdraw per se. They simply failed to respond to the appeal with their own 'evidence' in the allotted timescale of 21 days.

In that event it simply times out after 21 days.
