Green Star Harassment
Hello there,
I don't have energy with Green Star and I never have. I'm getting harassing emails with them in someone else's name (we share the first name), for a bill to a property in a town I've never been too for over £700 and threatening me.
I've emailed them multiple times and I've phoned them too and they won't do anything. What can I do? I suffer from bad anxiety and this is really causing my mental health to deteriorate. I pay my bills on time so I don't know about this.
I'm no longer sleeping and despite speaking to a customer manager called "Lee" who promised me this was over, they keep sending me more and more threatening emails. They said they would remove my email address from the account but they haven't.
The customer service team have emailed me back and said it's definitely me but I've told them that I think I know where I live and what my name is.
Any advice would be appreciated. I need this to be over.
Thanks.

Just block their emails?
And send a formal complaint in writing (forget texting/phoning/emailing) asking them the cease harassing you. Get proof of postage for that.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
