Weather proofing the bottom of a sloping garage door

I have an up an over garage door and a sloping concrete garage floor that slopes inwards slightly. This means that there is a 20mm gap at one end, 30mm at the other and they go into a 50mm gap in the middle of the door. The door opens and closes well and does not look warped etc.

What do you think the best way to weather proof this is?
I am keen to put down a weather strip but concerned that a 50mm one would not close well at the 20mm end (and it also costs around £170!!).

Would a weather strip on the floor to around 20mm and then a seal on the up and over door to 30mm be a good option?

Do you use the garage for a car? If not you could install a 60mm piece of wood on the floor that the bottom of the door butts up against, it will be a bit of a lump to get over but should keep most weather out. Paint it brightly so you don't trip over it.

Wickes sell 48mm garage door bottom seals, 2134mm wide and can be cut to size, strong rubber and aluminium. £23.00. You could screw to the door at a slight angle from the horizontal to cater for the differing gap. I've had one in place for 4 years. Works well and keeps leaves and water out. Cheap enough to replace if it fails too.
