18866 style rates from payphones and hotel rooms abroad ?

I want to be able to get 18866 rates from payphones abroad.
I was hoping that I could dial an international free phone number from a payphone abroad and enter my account id then make a call and have it charged to my 18866 account, unfortunately they don’t do this.

Are there any 18866 style Telco’s that provide this service,



Also it woukld be usefull to use this method from a hotel room and avoid exorbitant charges.

First Telecom Top and Talk Tariff , offers a service via Intl Freephone numbers like the the one you require, calls cost from 12p . Not as cheap as 18866 i am afraid,and you have to prepay.
Beware of making calls from Hotels to Freephone access no,s some Hotels still charge you for doing this.
