Capital One undelivered mail via Resolver

Hi I've found out that my PPI claim to Capital one went undelivered via Resolver. Does anyone know of another email address to send it to?
I applied via capital one just before the deadline and they sent for more info which I had to submit via Resolver. (It's the extra info that didn't go through).
I saw the undelvered message today though it arrived in my email on Friday. Has this happened to anyone else and do you know who to send it to directly? Is it still valid if I manage to send it to Capital one directly now?

People were warned on here not to submit ANYTHING by Resolver for weeks before the 29.08 as it was proving unreliable. Submit the extra info. directly and hope!0

If your whole complaint has not arrived, you have missed the deadline. If, on the other hand, Resolver failed to deliver additional information then you should still be able to send this direct to the seller of your insurance by letter, E-Mail or telephone.
So which is correct?0 -

It's the second one thanks - the initial complaint went in via the capital one website and then when I was asked for extra info to respond via resolver. They even linked to it directly via their own website so there wern't any other option to respond without going through resolver. But this is good then thanks. I will see if I can call them tomorrow and seeif they have an alternative email address or if their inboxhas cleared.
The good thing about resolver though is that you can download your application details and case number as a pdf to hopefully email to them directly!0 -

Yeah I've not been a regular on these forums much so I guess I'd never even heard of resolver until I realised the deadline was coming up!0 -
