Hi, simple question but how do I quote from someone’s post in a reply?
I’m using my iPhone and can’t seem to do it!
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

From memory I think you have to go into the full desktop version, which is linked to down near the bottom of each page.0

If you use the quote button, or press the multiquote button on several posts in the thread that you want to reply to and then hit Reply, it will create a new post for you, surrounding that person's text within quote 'tags' to show what is being quoted and will display those bits with different formatting when you submit your post.
You can always add the quote tags manually yourself by typing them into your post. For example, first copy and paste the sentence(s) to which you're responding, from their post into your post.
Then put a [/quote] at the end of it to show you are ending the quoted bit. And go back up and put amarker at the beginning of their text.
So your quote opener tag is the word quote surrounded by square brackets, while the quote closer tag is a forward slash and the word quote, surrounded by square brackets.
