Hi all, I am receiving Jobseeker's Allowance and now I start working Part-time (15 Hours )
Job Center adviser said she will transfer me to Universal Credit,
I was wondering can she do this? is there any way to avoid this

Yup don't move. Assuming you would need to claim housing benefit for the new place?0 -
Claiming JSA while working 15 hours per week may not be worth it. There's a disregard but how much this will be will depend on your circumstances. £5 per week if you're single. The rest of your earnings will be counted £1 for £1 and reduce the amount of JSA you can claim.Hi all, I am receiving Jobseeker's Allowance and now I start working Part-time (15 Hours )

Do you claim housing benefit? have dependent children? Are you moving house to a different local council?0
