 Not sure what to do have been offered 2.9% LOB ( no fee )on my Barclaycard, but my current 0% deals dont run out for 6months and 9months.
Should i do it now or wait and transfer largest balance when it runs out?
Pretty sure I would only get this deal for 1 transfer

Does your Barclaycard have any balance on it (it sounds like it hasn't) that would complicate things?

If not the 2.9% no fee is an excellent offer. Remember too that if you have an Egg money card you don't actually need to repay existing 0% debts ahead of time.

Assuming limits are an issue (and your can't repay both current 0% deals) then repay the 6 months in preference to the 9 months.

Assuming that limit's aren't the issue (merely only one BT to Barclaycard being allowed - which would be a bit unusual but there you go) you could overpay (potentially) one of those two cards and (potentially) request a BT from the other card to eliminate both a positive and a negative balance together. But this depends on which either card charges a fee frankly. If they both do it won't be worth considering.

(What cards do you have here?)

At the minute a Capital one with £10000 limit, low balance at minute, aim to pay off this month
A Tesco balance around £650 0% for next 6 months
Sony balance around £2500 0% for next 9 months
And Barclaycard balance £0 was phoning to cancel when i received the 2.9% offer

Its a great offer............ Might be worth keeping a small balance on it so you have another sorce of cheap credit as we dont know whats going on with talks of recession and credit crunches........
