Hi,
I logged into my ClearScore account this morning and found some recent searches by car finance company.
I've no car and not planning to buy one, how this search appeared?
All I can think of is my ex is the one being searched and because my name is still tied with him due to mortgage, I'm being dragged?
I assumed there's no way to remove him name on my credit file unless I remove him name from the mortgage?
Thanks.
San

Is on the "Quotation and personal searches". I assumed it's a soft search.
And no, I didn't sign up to any comparison websites.0 -
So just a soft search then, so no impact or visibility to lenders.0
