Anyone got a spare 0% year or 18 month Capitol One application form

I was reading another thread a while back ago, and it seems that the 18months charges a 2% balance transfer free (max £50) and doesnt give you a as good limits as the 9mths offer. Also there been a lot of rejections for the 18mths application and they say you can have a 9mths instead.
Considering the maximum credit limit ive ever been given by a CC Co. is £5000, my question is, is it worth applying for the 18mths and getting charged that 2% bt fee and carry out your stoozing game or is the profit so small you're better off applying the 9mth offer?Olympic 2007 challenge Started 9 Jan 2007[strike]Aim Silver 2007.00[/strike] Aim Gold 3007.00 Achieved so far:782
