Nationwide partial settlement

Hi looking for some info/help.
2 years ago got 4 defaults as a result of illness and unable to work. I have paid 2 off in full, came to a settlement with nationwide and am paying Lowell back monthly.
Nationwide have not updated my credit file to show partial satisfied and is still showing a £4000 balance and account still open. When they agreed to the settlement they said they would update my file and I have a letter from them showing this. What is going to be the way to go about getting this resolved?
Thanks anyone who can help
