Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I bought a really nifty pink 2gb Creative Zen Stone Plus from this company for £33 - a great deal (I heard about it on the grabbit board), and it came within 2 days and it's brilliant. I knew my dad was looking for an MP3 player to give my mum to take to Australia for Christmas, and recommended this site and player. This was three weeks ago. So my dad ordered one but on the site it still says "pending" - I advised him to contact them but there are no phone numbers on the site (does anyone have one????), only a comment box, so he used that to ask them when it would be delivered, noting that they were leaving for Australia in two weeks. This was a week ago and now they're leaving in only a week and he's panicking about it. And he seems to somehow think this is all my fault for recommending them!!!
I was wondering - shall I tell him to email them again saying he wants to cancel and tell his bank if they try to take money to deny them, or is there another way to contact them?
Anyone who can help would be brilliant! If this is in the wrong forum please move it, but I wasn't sure!

Thank you - hopefully it will be with us early next week thanks to being able to contact them - once they had gotten over the initial shock of someone actually being able to get hold of their number they were really helpful apparently!0
