HSBC [UK] online Banking. Is there a software problem.

I went to make a transfer to Currency Fair today and, on going to my list of 'Payees', there were only two listed, instead of the expected list of 5-7. Some of those expected to be viewable were 'historic', as in an account for my daughter, but even details for my window cleaner failed to appear.

I re-entered the details for CF, cut & pasted from their own site and, although the monies have been debitted from my account, they are as yet, several hours later, to appear on my account at CF.

I then numerous times, logged in and re-checked my online HSBC account to see if the funds had been returned or if there was a message regarding the transaction. Zilch!

I now find that my online access to my HSBC account shows, "Account Suspended" - "There appears to be a problem with your account. Please call Customer Service on........."

Tried calling but, it was taking so long, I'll try again tomorrow.

So. Why has the previous list of 'Payees' been cropped?
